The darker leaves are associated with this flower.
There is some uncertainty that could not be resolved at this time about the exact species for this - there being no fruit to examine. E. lebelii and E. manescavii characteristics are there as well. Possibly a hybrid as many Stork's Bills grow at Dawlish ?
